DATA PROTECTION POLICY

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

When you visit our website, your IP address, start and end of the session are recorded for the duration of this session. This is due to technical reasons and therefore represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Unless otherwise regulated in the following, this data will not be processed by us.

Contact us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

What is personal data?

According to the Federal Data Protection Act), personal data are “individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person (‘Data subject’)”. This includes all data that gives information about a person, e.g. email address or name.

Collection of access data

Unless otherwise stated, we do not collect, process or use any personal information on our website. However, we acquire, e.g. through Google Analytics, certain technical information based on the transmission of data from your browser (e.g., browser type/version, operating system, pages visited, length of stay, previously visited website). We use this data for statistical purposes only.

Third-party content and services

The offer on our website may also include content and services from other providers that supplement our offer, but that are not covered by the above privacy policy. Examples of such offers are maps from Google Maps, YouTube videos or graphic representations of third parties. Calling up these services from third parties regularly requires the transmission of your IP address. This makes it possible for these providers to use your user IP address and also to save it.
